Seresto Out Of This World
Antonio Milo directed the piece for SuperBlimp, taking it from storyboard to finished film and handling every stage of the production in-house.
The Approach
Pet medication advertising tends to lean into either gentle reassurance or clinical efficacy, neither of which gives an animation studio much room to work with creatively. The agency’s storyboard set up the premise. SuperBlimp’s job was to take it the rest of the way: develop the look, design the characters, build the world, and decide how every shot actually played. A cat and a dog suit up, board a rocket, plant the Seresto flag on the surface of Mars, and look out across an alien landscape that feels equal parts playful and cinematic. Antonio handled the entire production himself, from concept development and character design through to animation, lighting, compositing, sound design, and final edit.
Print Key Visuals
Alongside the launch film, SuperBlimp built a series of CG key visuals for the print campaign, extending the Mars expedition into standalone compositions for use across press, retail, and brand communications. Each frame was lit and composed as its own image rather than pulled from the film, giving the prints the visual weight of a poster series rather than a screenshot grab. The final print executions, with copy and graphic design layered on top, were handled by MBC.
